1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the BIG FIVE World website (bigfiveworld.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must exit the website immediately.

2. Age Restriction & Alcohol Sales

  • Legal Age: The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 18 in South Africa.

  • Verification: By entering this website and clicking "Yes, I am of legal age" on our verification pop-up, you certify that you are of legal drinking age in the location in which you reside (Age 18+ in South Africa).

  • Misrepresentation: BIG FIVE World reserves the right to refuse service or delivery if we suspect the purchaser is a minor or has misrepresented their age. Identification may be required upon delivery.

3. Products and Availability

  • BIG FIVE Beer: All products are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change prices without prior notice.

  • Future Services: Information regarding future lodges, tours, and "Big Five Territory" locations is indicative and subject to change.

4. Ordering and Payment

  • Currently, orders are processed manually via email or WhatsApp.

  • A sale is only considered final once a Pro-Forma invoice has been issued and full payment (EFT) has been received and cleared.

  • Ownership of the goods passes to the customer only upon full payment.

5. Delivery Policy

  • We currently deliver BIG FIVE Beer within the borders of South Africa only.

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates. BIG FIVE World is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or "force majeure" events.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Consumption: You acknowledge that alcohol should be consumed responsibly. BIG FIVE World is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the misuse or irresponsible consumption of our products.

  • Website Use: We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including the "BIG FIVE" brand, logos, map designs, and text, is the intellectual property of BIG FIVE World and may not be used without express written permission.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
